I hold certifications in both manual lymphatic drainage and post-operative lymphatic drainage, which have greatly enhanced my ability to provide specialized care. I graduated from the Healing Touch School of Massage Therapy in 2009, and over the past 14 years, I’ve built a rewarding career in this field. My experience and training allow me to offer a comprehensive range of services designed to promote wellness and recovery.
I am passionate about helping clients achieve their health and relaxation goals and look forward to bringing my expertise to your massage therapy experience. On a personal note, I am a proud mother of two wonderful sons, and I cherish the time I get to spend with them and my family. I graduated from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA) in Tempe, Arizona, in 2015, where I specialized in myotherapy—a therapeutic modality focused on identifying and releasing muscular holding patterns through a combination of movement and massage techniques. I am deeply passionate about promoting optimal wellness through body movement and believe in the importance of maintaining a body in motion. I understand that time spent on the massage table is precious, and I approach each session with the utmost care, creating a customized treatment based on your specific needs. I look forward to meeting you and the opportunity to support your well-being!
Originally from Colorado, I’ve had the privilege of living in diverse places, including Arkansas, Las Vegas, New York, and Arizona, before settling in the beautiful Jacksonville, Florida area. Outside of my work, I cherish spending time with my husband, 25-year-old daughter, and 10-year-old son. When I’m not working, you can find me exploring Disney World, traveling to new destinations, and enjoying adventures with my family—often accompanied by good food and memorable experiences!
